Reduce the cost of your consultation

You may be able to reduce the cost of your online lactation consultation through health insurance and tax relief.

1) Health Insurance
Some health insurance providers offer partial cover for online lactation consultations, often under maternity or postnatal benefits. We recommend checking directly with your provider to confirm your level of cover.

2) Tax Relief
Lactation consultations may qualify for 20% tax relief as a health expense through the Irish Revenue website.
